Admissions Process

We want to make the enrollment process as simple as possible.  The following will provide the information you need to proceed through the process.

• Please schedule an appointment for a personal tour of our campus online or by calling the School at 405.732.0070.
• Obtain an application form online or in person while attending your tour.
• Present your completed application form while attending your tour or at your earliest convenience, providing the following with your application:
  • Birth Certificate (copy acceptable);
  • Immunization record;
  • Past achievement test reports (copy acceptable);
    • If achievement test reports are unavailable, a testing date will be arranged.
  • Most recent report card (copy acceptable);
• Consideration for acceptance begins with the submission of the completed application packet, along with the test reports.
• Upon being formally accepted to The Good Shepherd Lutheran School, the NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee is required to hold an open position in the receiving class. 

• Complete a contractual agreement, updating as required;
• Check immunization records for completeness.
• Provide the NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee to hold an open position in the receiving class.

• Obtain a Child Information form online or in person while attending your tour.
• Present your completed application forms while attending your tour or at your earliest convenience, providing the following with your application:
  • Birth Certificate (copy acceptable);
  • Immunization record;
