During your visit, you’ll receive an application packet. You’re welcome to return the completed packet at your convenience, along with the following items:

Copy of your child’s birth certificate
Immunization record
Copy of any past achievement test reports (if available)
- If you don’t have any, we’ll gladly schedule a testing date.
Copy of the most recent report card

Once we receive the completed application packet, we’ll begin the review process for admission. Upon acceptance, a non-refundable registration fee is required to secure your child’s spot in the class.
