The Early Childhood Center will remain open for our normal business hours. We understand there are many parents are required to work at their usual business locations. Because of this we will continue to provide a clean and safe place for your child.

The Day School will remain closed until April 6th at the request of the Oklahoma State Department of Education.
The State School Board will convene an emergency meeting on Wednesday, March 25th to decide how to handle the remaining two months of the school year. As soon as the information is available, we will post an update.
The State Department of Education posted a press release containing information about the upcoming emergency meeting.
Day School Tuition
Tuition for the Day School will be prorated for the two-week period beginning March 23rd and ending on April 3rd.
If you have paid for any portion of that time period, you will receive an account credit for the prorated amount.
If you have not paid for any portion of that time period, you are not required to make any payment for tuition during that time period.
Depending on the decision that will be made by the State School Board on Wednesday, March 25th, we will post further information as soon as it is available.
Early Childhood Center Tuition
Tuition for the Early Childhood Center is still being collected whether your child is attending or not. The purpose for continuing to collect tuition is because a slot is being held open for your child even if they have not been attending.
If payments are not made, we will place your child on a waiting list and we will contact parents of children currently on the waiting list for the available slot.
Each child attending the Early Childhood Center is given a waiver for one-weeks tuition for vacation purposes. If you still have not used your one-week waiver, contact us and we will use the waiver to credit one-weeks tuition.
We understand if you are having financial issues currently due to a job loss or lower hours of work. Please contact us and we will attempt to accommodate your family any way we can.
Payments may be made online, by mail, or in person.
If payment is made online, you can use a PayPal account, debit card, or credit card.
If payment is made by mail, when we receive the payment a receipt will be mailed back to you.
If payment is made in person, drop the payment in the payment box located on the sign-in/sign-out table. We will issue a receipt and will give it to you when return later.
Be sure to include your child's name name with any payment.
If you have prepaid before and/or after school tuition for the Early Childhood Center, we will refund the prorated amount. Please allow two weeks for the refund to be issued.
For students returning next year to the Day School and still need to enroll, we will extend the reduced enrollment fee from April 1st to June 1st.
